∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operating knowledge about Fast React or other similar software, Raw Materials Sourcing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing PPC & MCD Functions of entire Bangladesh production operation of a large Sportswear and Lifestyle Wear manufacturing Company.
∎ Establish proper controlling measures and reporting system for PPC and MCD & progress follow-up of Materials and to meet delivery schedule.
∎ Set Goal & KPI for team members, review and evaluate periodically.
∎ Cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Production, Merchandising, Shipping and other relevant departments.
∎ Establish monitoring tools for daily production progress to ensure to achieve projected productivity and output for on time delivery.
∎ Coordinate with Production and Merchandising, weekly review of order status and capacity situation with Sales and Central Planning & MCD.
∎ Regularly review factory performance and business strategy with top management.
∎ Prepare T&A for new Customers and Production Lines and arrange Materials to run smoothly and follow up progress.
∎ Review and analyze Material Utilization reports to control wastage and to ensure maximize shipment quantity.
