• Manage and Lead the Quality department, ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards and buyer requirements of Lingerie Product.
• Oversee the implementation of QA processes and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement in quality.·        
• Follow up & Monitoring the work of In-charges in Cutting, Sewing, CAD & Pattern, Finishing & Product Safety teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any quality-related issues.    
• Have to Manage a large team of quality controllers, AQL team, auditors and supervisors, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.     
• Team work with production, merchandising, and technical teams to address and resolve quality issue.·      
• Prepare and present quality reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions when necessary.    
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Follow others any responsibility assigns by management.
