Responsibilities & Context:
For new styles, analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment.
During line feeding, check work place, lay out , method and ensure worker and machine proper utilization
Monitor workers` performance, Standard Target setup, Line Balancing etc.
Conducting Capacity Study/ Production Study/ Time Study;
Hourly Target/production monitoring and take necessary action
Skill inventory of existing workers and assessment for new workers.
Lost time recording, Efficiency Calculation, Problem Study, Develop Productivity.
