∎ Masters/Bachelor in Business, Psychology or a related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
∎ Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
∎ Obtains and develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
∎ Design and deliver learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
∎ Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
∎ Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
∎ Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
∎ Track budgets and negotiate contract.
∎ Organize hiring and training activities.
∎ Supervise L&D Specialists.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as L&D personnel.
∎ Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
∎ Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
∎ Experience in project management and budgeting.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
∎ Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
∎ Professional certification is a plus.
