• Oversee the entire HR function of the factory, ensuring compliance with labour laws, buyer codes of conduct and internal policies.

• Lead strategic HR initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning, and succession planning.

• Implement and monitor performance management systems (PMS), including KPI setup, appraisals, and employee development.

• Ensure smooth execution of recruitment, on boarding, and orientation for all new hires at the factory level.

• Manage employee discipline, grievances, welfare, and conflict resolution in alignment with labour law and company policy.

• Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee grievances and ensuring effective communication, resulting in high morale, low turnover, and improved productivity

• Develop and implement efficient procedures for manpower planning and budget management.

• Coach & develop staff to enable them to achieve performance goals and enjoy their work life

• Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time
