Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling and managing all disciplinary issues of organization as per Bangladesh labor law and drive organizational culture towards fair labor management practice.
∎ Guide ER team and function heads of the organization on disciplinary action procedure, provide proper guidance on critical disciplinary issues and compare for making a constructive decision as per labor law.
∎ Collaborate with ER process owners to review and ensure the required compliance documentation, and internal control practices are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Supervise renewal, maintenance and update all relevant statutory licenses and ensure availability of required register as mandated by law at organization under Kazi Farms Group.
∎ Draft and check legal documents to ensure they align with current laws and regulations.
∎ Develop comprehensive training calendar and training module to train ER employees and other departments on 'Disciplinary Procedure' and organize training as per schedule for enhancement of employee competences.
∎ Plan, analyse and develop standard operating procedure of all existing operational and functional process related to legal and compliance.
∎ Maintain an effective relationship with govt. body to stay uodate on statutory practices, amemndements & changes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of eight to ten years of job experience, preferably a labor intensive group of company with practical exposure on labor law.
∎ Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications, presentation, interpersonal and project management skills.
∎ Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, completing assignments on-time and with accuracy.
∎ Ability to lead independently as a member of diverse project teams.
∎ Understands importance of process controls and compliance risk
