Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be MBA (HR) / Master of HRM / Master of Social Science with Diploma in HRM from a reputed University / Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day HR Operations (maintaining employee register, payroll management, recruitment & selection etc.)
∎ Formulation and implementation of HR policies
∎ Handle all the statutory and legal compliances
∎ Develop Job Descriptions for all unique roles of the organization
∎ Oversee the design and development of uniform Job Bands across the organization
∎ Establish fair, transparent and effective performance appraisal management
∎ Formulate policies on employee retention and engagement strategies so as to reduce attrition
∎ Implement a performance-based culture by introducing HR analytics to measure employee/ department wise productivity and drawing actionable insights
∎ Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs (including increment policy, practice of variable pay, PF etc.)
∎ Implement modern HRIS for the organization

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 8 years of relevant experience
∎ Preference will be given to those working in HR of a multi-national company
∎ Must be a technology savvy person with hands-on knowledge in standard HRIS
∎ Advanced communication and negotiation skills
