Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in any discipline (MBA/Post graduate diploma in HR will get preference). Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source, screen and recommend candidates for employment and conduct new employee orientation.
∎ Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling and training employees on health and safety, hygiene procedures etc.
∎ Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable national and international laws; conducting investigations, maintaining records etc.
∎ Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee performance.
∎ Maintain and control admin issues i.e. Utility services, housekeeping, accommodation, office equipment's, canteen, safety & security, decoration, program arrangements, staff activities, expatriate management etc. of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Bangla is a pre-requisite.
∎ Experience in using ERP (SAP/ Oracle/ DreamApps etc.) software for Human Resource Management is highly preferred.
∎ At least 8 year(s) of HR-related experience (recruitment, labor relationship management etc.), preferably in RMG/Textile industry.
