Additional Requirements: - Strong understanding of compliance requirements within the garment industry.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Responsibilities & Context: - Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer`s requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
- To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
- Lead compliance initiatives, audits, and assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.
- Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
- Find out all Non-compliance issues & take necessary step to solve them.
- Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with target date line against audit reports for Buyer.
- Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and motivate employees for better performance.
- Support management in administrative, disciplinary and grievance issues.
