Skills Required: Bangladesh Labor Law,Health and Safety,HR Compliance,Safety compliance

Additional Requirements:
  1. Strong understanding of compliance requirements within the garment industry.
  2. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  4. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  6. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.


Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer`s requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
  2. To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
  3. Lead compliance initiatives, audits, and assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.
  4. Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.        
  5. Find out all Non-compliance issues & take necessary step to solve them.
  6. Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with target date line against audit reports for Buyer.
  7. Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and motivate employees for better performance.
  8. Support management in administrative, disciplinary and grievance issues.
