Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead and manage the entire R&D department to drive innovation and product development initiatives.

• Define R&D objectives, budgets, and project timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Oversee the design, development, and testing of new electrical products, including lights, switches, sockets, small home appliances, tools, water pumps and gas stoves.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate customer requirements into technical product specifications.

• Work closely with the Quality Control team to establish and maintain testing standards for new and existing products.

• Ensure proper documentation of all design files, Bill of Materials (BOM), test reports and other R&D records.

• Recommend new technologies, tools, and strategic partnerships to enhance product innovation and efficiency.

• Ensure all product designs and developments comply with relevant international standards (e.g., CE, ISO, RoHS).

• Conduct performance evaluations and support skill development within the R&D team.

• Lead and manage Product development team by aligning with Operation & marketing team.
