Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Marker Plan (size break down) as per Mer requirement.
∎ Checking marker related all report before making marker like (Fabric shrinkage & Fabric width report).
∎ Maintain marker quality based on QAD mention fabric quality report.
∎ Solve the Marker & consumption related technical issues.
∎ Do the Pattern grading.
∎ Adjust the pattern to do the fabric consumption correctly.
∎ Do the model on Gerber system fabrication wise correctly.
∎ Maintain detailed records of marker consumption, adjustments, and relevant information version wise for future reference.
∎ Record and organize feedback from other teams.
∎ Keeping daily, weekly & monthly consumption report.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
