Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Science (M.Sc) in Textile Chemistry from a reputed University. Candidates having a foreign degree on TEXTILE CHEMISTRY will get preference.

Chemical Management, Dyeing Chemistry, Knitted Textile Dyeing

Job Context:
∎ A reputed Knit Composite Garments is looking for suitable candidate for the position of Senior General Manager (Technical) for its Textile Division.
∎ Both foreign and local candidates are allowed to apply for the position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the overall operational activities of the Textile Division.
∎ Major Job responsibilities of the position is as follows:
∎ Responsible for total textile division including Fabric R&D, Production, Planning and run the fabric dye house and fabric finishing units and over all operation.
∎ Preparing and monitoring dyeing plan and guiding the team to resolve any technical issue.
∎ Production planning according to priority and shipment requirements.
∎ Establishing and maintaining identification and tractability requirement.
∎ To become aware of Inspection test status, taking corrective and preventive action.
∎ Improving Dyeing process and maintain RFT.
∎ Communicate with buyer regarding all quality parameters and approval process.
∎ Provide supports for approval and maintenance of equipment's related to dyeing department and training of staff in the department.
∎ Highly conscious to minimize water consumption, sustainable development of process and practices so as to minimize Hydraulic load in Effluent Treatment Plant.
∎ Process up gradation and recipe formulation to produce cost competitive material.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 52 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have related experience in large Dyeing Factory or big Knit Composite Garments.
∎ Must have experience of at least 25 to 40 Metric Ton fabrics Dyeing Production.
∎ Should have skills on Knit Fabrics Dyeing & Wet Processing
∎ Should have experience with Auto Dozing Dyeing Process and color kitchen
∎ Must have the experience on ETP Management.
∎ Must Have Knowledge about Knitted Fabrics Finishing.
∎ Must Have Knowledge about High Quality Brushed Fleece Fabrics.
