Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Writing proposals for projects: The Operation & Coordination Executive will be responsible for drafting project proposals that align with the company's strategic goals.
∎ Driving short and long-term goals: Will help to drive the achievement of the company's short and long-term goals by providing analytical support and helping to prioritize initiatives.
∎ Supporting day-to-day operations: Will work cross-functionally to support day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
∎ Data analysis and decision-making: Will analyze data and provide recommendations to the Supervisor on operational decisions.
∎ Executing management decisions: Will work closely with the supervisor to ensure that management decisions are executed effectively.
∎ Maintaining OKRs in Notion: Will be responsible for maintaining the company's OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) in the Notion platform, ensuring that progress is tracked and reported.
∎ Meeting minutes and follow-up: Will be responsible for taking meeting minutes with different stakeholders, ensuring that action items are recorded and followed up on Notion.
