• Age 23 to 28 years

• Assist with Logistics documentation/delivery tracking/receiving.

• Ensures timely and fast deliveries of ordered materials, delivery monitoring & fulfillment.

• Tracks Site orders and confirms lead times, delivery dates, and costs.

• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.

• Preparing logistic and business relevant reports as per management desire.

• Supports programs, events, meetings or conferences, coordinating with facilities and caterers, assists in the preparation and delivery of information and invitations.

• Order office supplies, collect and distribute in departments.

• To analyze and take corrective measures for the inventory items and Prepare procurement plan for availability of uninterrupted Mechanical items.

• Developing and maintaining effective relationships internally & externally to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance and effective negotiation to optimize company cost.

• Responsible for corresponding with the local suppliers/vendors for product sourcing, collecting prices and cost mapping.

• Designing stock forecasting models that give a reliable assessment of in-time procurement of company consumables.
