Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in EEE, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with IoT architecture, protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, HTTP), and device-to-cloud communication.
Knowledge of data transmission, device connectivity, and sensor integration concepts.
Understanding of authentication mechanisms (API keys)Strong knowledge of C++ for system-level programming, optimization, and hardware/software interfacing.
Solid experience with SQL for database design, query optimization, and data management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily operation of IT systems, Water ATMs, networks, and applications to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Monitor system health, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to minimize downtime.
Implement processes for incident detection, escalation, and resolution.
Allocate tasks, monitor workloads, and support staff development
Define, document, and enforce operational standards, procedures, and SLAsDrive automation and efficiency in system monitoring, reporting, and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, product, customer support) to enhance service delivery.
Prepare regular reports on system performance, incidents, uptime, and resource utilization.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for process improvements and cost optimization.
Ensure systems are compliant with organizational policies, data protection laws, and industry regulations.

Manage relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.
Act as a point of escalation for stakeholders regarding system-related issues
