Responsibilities & Context:
Provide assistance and support to a team of system engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Collaborate closely with other departments, including software engineering, hardware engineering, quality assurance, and product management, to ensure alignment and successful execution of system engineering projects.
Evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Establish quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of system solutions.
Oversee testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing, to validate functionality and identify defects.
Be curious to identify system flaws, address potential threats and minimize impact on system performance.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, test plans, and technical documentation.
