Responsibilities & Context:
- To make reports on warranty claimed batteries.
- To do root cause analysis on the reasons of faults.
- To convey the analysis reports with production, quality and service teams.
- To prepare related reports as per the requirement of management.
- To take measures to improve the product quality .
- To lead the Returned Battery and Quality Control Team.
