  • Should be familiar with HRIS (Logic Software)

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Need to Prepare monthly salary sheet generating by doing advance, loan, arrear deduction, arrear earnings, OT, allowance, lunch, and other formalities.

  • Need to data download for Head Office & Factory (MS Staff) attendance, process, check-troubleshoot & daily reporting on the attendance of Head Office employees. New employee`s personal file updating in HRM module.

  • Leave & Attendance Monitoring.

  • Have to maintain liaison with the bank for new employee`s account opening activity, loan processing documentation, salary disbursement & lien activity, etc.

  • Need to prepare documentation for special promotion, increment, benefits, loan processing, salary certificate etc. & assist in PMS function.

  • Accountable for data changing, schedule changing, policy changing, benefit changes in the platform.
