Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, or related technical discipline.
5–8 years of relevant experience in technical service/customer support (preferably in the industrial sewing machine/RMG sector).
General Competencies
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
Proficiency in PPT, MS Office and standard business applications.
Ability to work in a dynamic and performance-driven environment.
Willingness to travel across Bangladesh when required.
Prior experience in RMG, industrial sewing machinery, or manufacturing sector will be considered an advantage.

Organize technical seminars and product awareness programs.
