  • Proficiency in PPT, MS Office and standard business applications.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and performance-driven environment.

  • Willingness to travel across Bangladesh when required.

  • Prior experience in RMG, industrial sewing machinery, or manufacturing sector will be considered an advantage.

  • This role will ensure superior technical service support to customers and contribute to maintaining Brother’s reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective technical service support to customers.

  • Manage service requests, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.

  • Coordinate with technical teams and dealers for issue resolution.

  • Maintain service reports, documentation, and customer feedback records.

  • Support technical demonstrations, customer visits, and training sessions.

  • Organize technical seminars and product awareness programs.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
