Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in any discipline (Engineering background will be an added advantage).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for problem solving and providing technical support to garments factories for industrial sewing machines.
∎ Responsible for providing technical support to dealers and maintain good relationship with customers.
∎ Develop and implement strategies in line with sale support.
∎ Execute marketing programs effectively and coordinate with sales promotion activities.
∎ Provide technical services and support to customers and dealers in product recommendation and applications, product upgradation, introducing new product, conversion opportunities and troubleshooting.
∎ Drive new business acquisitions and conversions.
∎ Act as an engineering, services and technical sales resource for the field sales force
∎ Identify and address customer needs.
∎ Conduct sales training to technical employees and customers for increasing product and applications knowledge
∎ Generate service reports and documentation of findings/investigations carried out at customer sites.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 5 to 6 year(s) in industrial sewing machines servicing.
∎ Sound Knowledge on computer application
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Strategic thinking, team player, strong analytical skills and technically sound.
∎ Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply in business requirements.
∎ Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner.
