• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics

• MBA / BBA in Supply Chain Management.
• MBA / BBA in Accounting.
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Physics / Data science from a reputed university.

• 3 to 4 years

Experience Requirements:

• 3 - 4 years of proven experience in store management, warehouse operations, or distribution management (preferably in industrial, machinery, or manufacturing sectors).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of store management and inventory control systems.
• Ability to manage multi-location distribution and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with inventory software will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in Bengali and English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines under minimal supervision.

Job Context: Murata Machinery Bangladesh Ltd. - a globally renowned Japanese Multinational Manufacturer of textile machinery - has been serving the Bangladesh market for many years. The Senior Executive - Store Management & Distribution will be responsible for managing the spare parts store, ensuring precise inventory control, accurate documentation, and timely distribution of materials to customers and field service teams.

This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional committed to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting customer satisfaction in line with Murata’s global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operation of the parts store, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Monitor distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials to customers and field teams.
• Coordinate with the Customer Support team to prepare cost estimations, quotations, and ensure on-time submission to clients.
• Plan and optimize storage layout to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
• Supervise periodic stock-taking, maintain inventory accuracy, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Liaise with sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth parts supply and support customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper documentation related to stock movement, inward/outward registers, and distribution records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and safety standards in all store operations.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on inventory status, consumption patterns, and distribution performance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce losses, and improve store management systems.
