- Graduation in any discipline from reputed universities.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: Murata Machinery Bangladesh Ltd. (MBD) - a globally renowned Japanese multinational manufacturer of textile machinery - has been serving the Bangladesh market for many years. Currently MBD is hiring Junior Executive / Executive - Parts Sales & Customer Support who will assist in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely coordination between the store, service, and accounts teams.
This role suits a motivated individual eager to develop a career in parts sales and customer support while upholding Murata’s standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle parts inquiries from customers and prepare accurate quotations/estimates.
- Coordinate with customers and headquarters to ensure effective service/parts delivery.
- Support sales and store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
- Collaborate with the parts sales team, service teams and accounts department to tailor offerings to customer needs.
- Monitor performance metrics, refine processes, and present insights to senior management.
