The Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager – Corporate Sales is responsible for driving corporate business growth through strategic planning, client relationship management, and strong team leadership. This role ensures the company’s corporate sales objectives are met by identifying opportunities, developing client partnerships, and ensuring seamless execution with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities :
Assist in developing, refining, and implementing corporate sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Contribute to annual sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
Lead, supervise, and mentor the corporate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching for skills development.
Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team.
Identify, target, and onboard new corporate clients to expand the company’s client portfolio.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and service excellence.
Manage high-value accounts and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Develop customized proposals and presentations based on client requirements.
Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable deals.
Explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services/products.
Track sales performance using CRM tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective action.
Monitor team activity, pipeline status, and key sales metrics.
Collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Provide input to product development teams based on market and client feedback.
Support internal processes such as contract management, pricing approvals, and service delivery coordination.
Ensure adherence to company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and operational processes.
Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales productivity.
