Context:

To ensure smooth, safe, and uninterrupted electrical operations of the factory by maintaining power generation, distribution systems, utilities, and electrical equipment, while supporting production and facility requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and substations, to ensure uninterrupted factory operations.

• Hands-on experience with MWM, Perkins, and Waukesha gas generators, including operation, routine inspection, and basic troubleshooting.

• Maintain and troubleshoot compressors, chillers, and cooling tower electrical systems to support utility operations.

• Perform operation and maintenance of HT/LT panels, switchgear, transformers, and PFI (Power Factor Improvement) systems.

• Ensure proper load management, energy efficiency, and power factor optimization across the plant.

• Provide electrical maintenance support to production machinery, with additional knowledge of injection molding machines considered an advantage.

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

• Identify electrical faults, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.

• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for electrical installation, repair, and improvement works.
