The position will be based in Chattogram and will operate entirely from this location. The role is responsible for managing institutional and industrial customers, conducting site coordination as required within the assigned area, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating sales activities with local clients and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new institutional and industrial customers, including factories, warehouses, and manufacturing units.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and build long-term business relationships.
Prepare and submit quotations, sales orders, and follow up until successful order execution and payment collection.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and tenders to convert them into confirmed sales orders.
Present company`s industrial products professionally, highlighting features, specifications, benefits, and pricing.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules in line with company policies.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis for management review.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and follow-up schedules.
Support management in developing institutional sales channels and long-term contracts.
