The Process Engineer- Production Mixing is responsible for managing and controlling the entire mixing division’s production operations. This role ensures proper raw material mixing as per the production plan, maintains optimal stock levels, and promotes maximum material and recycling utilization. The position requires close coordination with production, store, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow, consistent product quality, and efficient resource use.
Job Responsibilities
Fully responsible for managing and supervising all production activities in the Mixing Division.
Ensure raw material mixing is done accurately as per the production plan and received materials.
Monitor and ensure maximum utilization of raw materials, minimizing waste and promoting recycled material usage in production.
Maintain stock levels of raw materials, chemicals, and additives in the mixing section to prevent production delays.
Coordinate with the production, store, and quality teams for smooth workflow and timely output.
Maintain proper process documentation, mixing reports, and production records.
Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Ensure safe operation of mixing machinery and adherence to the factory`s safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure shift targets and production goals are achieved.
