Context:
To ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of Injection Molding Machines (IMM) and factory equipment by performing preventive and breakdown maintenance, supporting ISO and audit requirements, and maintaining high standards of electrical and mechanical reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Injection Molding Machines (IMM) and related factory equipment.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in IMM and other production machinery.

• Ensure proper maintenance records, logs, and checklists are maintained as per company standards.

• Support and comply with ISO and other internal/external audit requirements.

• Ensure safe working practices and adherence to factory safety guidelines.

• Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize machine downtime.

• Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and reliability.

• Work independently during shifts to ensure continuous machine availability.

• Perform any other maintenance-related tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
