- Identify, analyze, and respond to E-Tenders and procurement opportunities.
- Attend the pre-bid meeting to understand the tender clauses and requirements.
- Submit bids on time, adhering to submission guidelines and deadlines to ensure on-time and high-quality proposal submissions.
- After winning the bid, manage the vendors and subcontractors.
- Complete the project on time maintaining the required quality.
