∎ Minimum Bachelors in Chemistry/Food Technology/Food Engineering or other relevant subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Foods Export, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Print out & check all JO (Job Order) accordingly before sending to the production floor.
∎ Check product & packaging quality of Export Goods at Factory end.
∎ Carry out regular PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection) of all Finished Goods(FG) of Export & send PSI Report to Head office (all concern with picture).
∎ Reduce packaging cost of Export Goods.
∎ Monitor production of Export Goods.
∎ Plan transport for carrying the goods from factory to port.
∎ Ensure proper truck loading & timely shipment (with Samples & Documents )
∎ Follow up & make RM & PM available before production.
∎ Check the RM & PM quality just after getting JO (Job Order) from Head Office (Export Team).
∎ Follow up CM (contact Manufacturing ) production
∎ Plan to consume Non-moving PM & RM.
∎ Regular meeting with Factory Head & Line In charge regarding the Production Status, quality & other requirements.
∎ Communicate with desk officer, PDD, and Buyer about coding, labeling & packaging related issues & take approval & follow up 100%
∎ Arrange various R&D work as per global market demand.
