Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the internal quality control system and maintain the desired standard for finished goods.
∎ Follow up the visual checking and Data color measuring process by using data color tools to maintain the accuracy of batch passing.
∎ Arrange regular training to improve passing accuracy throw the following SOP.
∎ Responsible for all laboratory testing activities.
∎ Supervise all the GT material testing - Strength, elongation, Shrinkage, TPM and ensure the desired standard to utilize those GTs.
∎ Follow up the test and report to the relevant department.
∎ Utilize manpower to achieve the shift-wise target.
∎ Supervise and maintain the desired standards for all threads Accessories-Plastic cone, Dye tube Cone sleeves, Carton, Cone Sticker, carton, etc.
∎ Handle different buyer-wise recommended tests.
∎ Customer complaints handling, visiting customer factory and finding the root cause of complain and taking necessary action. Prepare and Review SOP and root cause analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Should have 3-6 years of experience in yarn dyeing & thread dyeing at any renowned company.
∎ Online & offline QC.
