• Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering/IPE or related field.

• 6 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Packaging Industry, Garments Accessories, Spinning

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in technical sales or technical service within the sewing thread, trims, or garment accessories industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of sewing threads, garment manufacturing processes, and fabric behavior.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects.

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

• Provide technical support to customers on sewing thread usage, product performance, and process improvements.

• Conduct sewing trials and troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites to ensure product satisfaction.

• Collaborate with sales teams during customer visits and presentations by offering technical insights and solutions.

• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, R&D, QA) to arrange samples, testing, and customized product solutions.

• Monitor competitor products, technologies, and services to update the internal market intelligence database.

• Conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and on-site guidance for customer staff and management.

• Work with sewing machine, fabric, and needle suppliers to develop and deliver integrated technical solutions.

• Support marketing events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations to promote technical capabilities and brand value.

• Prepare analytical reports on customer feedback, technical support cases, and market trends for management review.

• Contribute to product development, standardization, and annual technical service planning aligned with business goals.
