• Ability to identify production bottlenecks

• Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

• Quick decision-making during shift operations

• Cross-functional coordination with HR, Maintenance, and Quality teams

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Supervise production line operations in compliance with plant policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.

• Train, coach, and evaluate production line employees to enhance performance and skill development.

• Plan and manage shift schedules, including workstation assignments, rotations, leave, overtime, and backup coverage.

• Coordinate production start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers to ensure operational efficiency.

• Work closely with Human Resources to ensure adequate staffing and manpower planning.

• Conduct regular shift meetings to communicate production targets, safety updates, and priorities.

• Ensure achievement of shift production goals through effective manpower and process control.

• Monitor product quality during shifts, make necessary adjustments, and reject non-conforming products to meet specifications.
