Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
∎ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with established quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.
∎ Proficient in the safe handling of sharp tools on the production floor, ensuring adherence to the Sharp Tools Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and conducting regular follow-ups to guarantee compliance
∎ Ensure all quality processes and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to throughout the organization.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to quality processes, inspections, and audits.
∎ Establish processes for collecting and analyzing customer feedback and complaints.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer concerns and implement corrective actions.
∎ Identify potential risks to quality and work proactively to mitigate them.
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Proven experience in a similar role within the garment industry.
∎ In-depth knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
∎ Familiarity with relevant quality standards and certifications.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
∎ Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
