∎ Sound knowledge in garments production process.
∎ Good in MS Office.
∎ Good communication skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform day-to-day Production Planning related activities.
∎ Monitor Input, output & hourly production & ensuring proper data-keeping.
∎ Following up daily Cutting/Sewing/Finishing for on-time inspection and shipment.
∎ Follow up with merchant Supply chain and Material Check-List to ensure timely sewing and Finishing Plan for a smooth shipment plan.
∎ Coordinate to resolve production issues and ensure smooth production flow.
∎ Monitor order status & regular schedule meetings with Merchandising, production & store for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Collaborate with other concerned departments to understand business challenges, collect relevant data, and validate data.
∎ Perform any task given by the Management.
