∎ Masters in Science/ MBA from reputed university
∎ Diploma In Packaging Materials/Technology or PGD in Packaging will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and introduce new packaging trend in line with business strategy for new products as well as existing range
∎ Develop cost effective packaging materials specification & ancillary materials including verification of quality information on printed packaging materials
∎ Manage the packaging samples throughout the development process and direct, participate as well as drive packaging trials on production lines
∎ Conduct alternative supplier evaluation trials and involving in the vendor approval process of packaging materials along with commercial department
∎ Follow risk management procedures throughout the life cycle of packaging development
∎ Review of transit trials with the process and sales team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 4/5 years' relevant experience will get preference
∎ Adequate knowledge in MS Office
∎ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
