Job Responsibilities:
∎ Senior Executive (Operations), People & Culture is a full-time, on-site role for Bangladesh P&C team. Incumbent will be responsible for following tasks being a part of the role:
∎ Ensuring issuance and renewal of contracts, transfer letters, promotion letters, increment letters etc. to concerned employees;
∎ Handling employee onboarding and offboarding process (exit process and final settlement) for the organization;
∎ Maintaining comprehensive employee database containing employee personal and employment related information including salary, movements, etc.;
∎ Implementing employee benefit schemes like health and life insurance, medical reimbursement programs, etc. and coordinate with service providers for these services;
∎ Employee leave management through Workday;
∎ Assisting for Preparing and maintaining various P&C reports regularly;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in human resources management, with a focus on day-to-day operations;
Salary: Negotiable
