Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct a range of tests on yarn samples, including but not limited to fiber content analysis, strength, elongation, yarn count, twist, and other relevant properties.
∎ Utilize advanced testing equipment and instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results.
∎ Analyze test data to identify deviations from quality standards.
∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistency and reliability of yarn testing processes.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
∎ Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance with quality standards.
∎ Supervise and lead a team of laboratory technicians and junior analysts.
∎ Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members.
∎ Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
∎ Oversee the maintenance and calibration of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
∎ Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and upgrades.
∎ Maintain detailed records of test results, procedures, and equipment maintenance.
∎ Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing test findings and quality metrics.
∎ Communicate results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in yarn testing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Having experience in yarn testing will get preference.
∎ Strong knowledge of yarn properties, testing methods, and industry standards.
∎ Hands-on experience in fiber content analysis (qualitative and quantitative) and microscopic testing for fiber content analysis (AATCC-20a).
∎ Leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
