Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated M365 IT Specialist to join our dynamic IT team.M365 Administration: Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, for application & services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive etc. Implement and maintain security and compliance policies within the M365 environment. Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users for M365 applications and services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 functionality, connectivity, and integration. Integration: Collaborate on the implementation of M365 services, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications. Collaborate with others to integrate M365 capabilities into business processes. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on M365 applications and features. Create and maintain documentation related to M365 configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures. Security : Monitor and enforce security measures to protect M365 environments from potential threats. Ensure M365 service configurations align with industry standards
