∎ Bachelor/Diploma Degree in Computer Science or IT related field.

∎ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and provide timely support in a 24/7 operational environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain servers, desktop/laptop systems, networking devices (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), printers, and industrial IT hardware across corporate and factory locations.
∎ Monitor the performance of all IT systems and resolve hardware/software issues to ensure uninterrupted office and factory operations.
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of ERP systems, and production-related computers by collaborating with production teams.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, office applications, antivirus, firewalls, and enterprise software.
∎ Provide daily technical support to employees at both locations; resolve IT-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Work with external vendors for IT equipment maintenance, licensing, upgrades, and software/hardware services.
∎ Implement scheduled backups and disaster recovery systems; ensure data protection across critical platforms.
∎ Monitor network and system security, apply security policies, and respond to cybersecurity threats or breaches.
∎ Maintain up-to-date documentation for hardware/software inventories, licensing, configurations, and network diagrams.
∎ Track IT assets from procurement through deployment to disposal; maintain proper asset logs and tagging.
∎ Work with HR, Finance, Production, and other departments to assess and meet IT-related requirements and improvements.
∎ Train employees on software usage, data security practices, and IT policies to increase user competence and reduce risk.
∎ Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and reliability of business and factory systems.
