Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & manage factory compliance & discipline and act as ‘Welfare Officer” as per Bangladesh Labor Act 2006.
∎ Ensure ISO 22000:2015 & ISO 9001:2015 related compliances and documentation required for HR Department.
∎ Lead “Participation Committee” and “Safety Committee”.
∎ To establish and maintain congenial work environment focusing on good Employee Relations practices.
∎ Lead and arrange employee engagement events among the factory to strengthen loyalty and team spirit.
∎ Prepare monthly different HR Reports and employee strength report of all manufacturing units of SFBL.
∎ Supervise Junior colleagues of HRD, ensure their development and performance evaluation.
∎ Responsible for cafeteria, pool car operation from SFBL end and other administrative support to SFBL employees.
∎ To arrange accommodation, food and other logistic support for Guest/Visitor during their factory visit.
∎ Assist HR Manager on different HR processes i.e. Head count budget, Manpower Planning, Departmental Enquiry & Disciplinary Procedure, year/half yearly appraisal of all employees of SFBL, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Masters in any Discipline
∎ MBA in HRM/ PGD in HRM is preferable
∎ Minimum 05 years experience in HR Operation & Employee Relations.
∎ Training and good understanding on Labor / Industrial relation & ISO compliance.
Salary: Negotiable
