Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline.
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM from a reputed Public/Private University will get extra preference.
∎ Skills Required: Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, HR and Payroll, Talent Acquisition.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Core HR Knowledge, Factory HR Administration, factory management, General HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation Benefits Attendance Leave Management, HR Operations, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Law, Organizational Development, Performance Appraisal Management, Training & Development.
∎ Must have working knowledge & experience in Garments Factory.
∎ Develop and implement proper manpower planning.
∎ Organizing and Maintaining Personal Files of all employees and verifying all documents in relation to joining employees.
∎ Ensure the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation on a timely basis.
∎ Coordinate new joining employees and facilitate employee separation with the final settlement.
∎ Monitor leave, attendance, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.
∎ Manage, train and mentor the HR team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
∎ Create a detailed plan to build capacity for every HR staff, including performance objectives, recruitment and commitment to development.
∎ Should have sound knowledge and excellent track record to execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance activities.
∎ Supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employee welfare.
∎ Supervise and manage employee relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates etc.
∎ To follow up and ensure proper Housekeeping, Fire, Health & Safety of the office premises.
∎ To handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office, especially- MS-EXCEL.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.

Salary: Negotiable
