∎ Masters degree in any discipline/ MBM/ PGD in HRM
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Core Knowledge of HR, Labor Law
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and monitor the employee leave management to ensure that the employees are compliant with the leave policy and update the leave database accordingly.
∎ Prepare monthly payroll sheet of employees by adjusting salary, leave, weekend shifts, holidays and bonuses.
∎ Prepare and distribute letters to employees for organizational requirements such as confirmation, increment, promotion, term changes, and other certificates.
∎ Provide various employee headcount reports for managerial decision-making purposes.
∎ Good communication skill with workers and floor management.
∎ Lead the development of innovative policies and creative methods of working for wellbeing, employee engagement, and related initiatives.
∎ Handle floor grievance and create good working environment in the floor.
∎ Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
∎ Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
∎ Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
