Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA from any reputed university with major in Human Resources Management (HRM).
∎ PGDHRM from any reputed Institution is essential.
∎ LLB/LLM from any reputed Institution/University will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent is to be responsible for:
∎ Impeccable knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, best HR practices globally for the creation of company policy.
∎ Sound knowledge about HR & Admin issues and Labor law with strong communication skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Proficient at writing letters, policies and communicating under the guidance of the most updated version of Labour Law.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human Resources Management.
∎ Arranging training and development programs as per employee need.
∎ Manage the development and implementation of training programs according to Training & Development policies.
∎ Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
∎ Assist with recruitment processes, maintain HR database, prepare Appointment and Offer letter.
∎ Conduct reference checks on possible candidates & performs background checks and degree verification on all positions.
∎ Ensure organizational development processes are transparent, fully communicated, accessible and understood by all.
∎ Ensure strategies and programs are in place to drive the goals of the companies.
∎ Planning for proper Employee Motivation.
∎ Conduct entry interviews in line with management policy to ensure hiring of most suitable candidate.
∎ Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation.
∎ Provide input to the strategy of other HR processes aligned with the overall Organization Development philosophy.
∎ Responsible for various HR initiatives which includes new hire, performance review process, training & development, HRIS, payroll administration, grievance handling, maintain records etc.
∎ Developing proper systems for maintaining and monitoring of appropriate disciplinary action procedures among staff.
∎ Pro-efficient at Visa matters and all paperwork for settling foreigners into Bangladeshi jobs (Visa, relocations matters etc.).
∎ Monitor attendance and keep records properly.
∎ Ensure that attendance report, Leave Record and OT sheets are prepared as per local laws.
∎ Provide employee orientation for all newly hired employees.
∎ Proper documentation of personal file, record of workers and officers.
∎ Ensure final settlement benefits are in line with Bangladesh Labour Law.
∎ To implement KPI based performance management system, in terms of HR.
∎ To communicate with Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Maintain different register and service book as per labor law.
∎ Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
∎ People oriented and results driven.
∎ Demonstrable experience with Human Resources Metrics.
∎ Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Labour Law and HR best practices.
∎ Degree in Human Resources or related field.
∎ Assessing Manpower demand from the concern department.
∎ Job design and development based on organizational and departmental goal.
∎ Comply grievance handling procedure & counseling of employees.
∎ Ensure implementation of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive to improvement by Management as and when necessary.
