Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting or Finance from a reputed public/private university.
∎ Professional degree from ICAB/ICMAB would be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for:
∎ Follow-up the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements, Monthly and Annual Management Financial Statements using Tally ERP Software and spreadsheet.
∎ Follow-up the operation of EDF, UPAS, Deferred LC, PC, TR, CC Hypo, STL, Demand, HPSM or project Loan in both local and foreign currency.
∎ Monitoring the L/C settlement procedures against import documents from bank with completing the C & F processing.
∎ Follow-up the Export LC settlement procedures (PI to fund realization) confirming the export proceeds at the discounting date and maturity date.
∎ Prepare/Checking the analysis of Per Product Contribution Margin, Per Product Profitability, Cash Rolling forecast and Working capital movement.
∎ Follow-up the receivable aging analysis, Bank and party accepted export bill status, discounted bill status, Export LC status and maturity date of each bill.
∎ Monitoring the procedures of VAT & Income Tax Deduction at sources against payment and deposit to Govt. Treasury.
∎ Coordination & Cooperation with Internal audit team, External Auditor and credit rating agency.
∎ Should regularly submit monthly report on the activities/action and recommendation so far it relates to the service with company to the Managing Director/Chief Financial Officer or his nominee.
∎ To review the cash flow requirement to ensure smooth operation.
∎ To ensure smooth cash disbursement/prepare payments by verifying documents.
∎ To develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities and identifying monitoring resources.
∎ Liaison and negotiating with financial institutions, banks for renewal of loans and new loans against ongoing and forthcoming projects of the Company.
∎ To develop and maintain accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statement.
∎ Handle Corporate & Employees Income Tax matter and keep liaison with Audit Firm.
∎ Prepare Bank reconciliation statement on periodic basis.
∎ Calculate actual landed cost for each imported material consignment with price variance.
∎ Compare actual raw material consumption with standard and variance analysis.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export/Import as well as payment follow-up.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Conditions may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates)
∎ Should be experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Should be self motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, customer relationship and planning/ budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in computer Accounting Software and computer literacy.
∎ Should have vast knowledge in IAS, IFRS, Company Act, Labour Act etc.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Communication Skills: Need exceptionally good communication skills in English to draft clear, concise, and unambiguous reports and recommendations for the management.
∎ Should be able to work comfortably with senior business management;
∎ To be very analytical and procedural, highly organized, self-starter, demonstrate an ability to remain calm, and composed during times of stress and uncertainty and inspiring the same in his team.
∎ Affinity Skills: Be a person who forms strong bonds with other people and who inspires trust and confidence in both his peers, senior, and external partners, enabling the smooth execution of his duties.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Strategic planning, Commercial/Export-Import & relevant jobs.
∎ Wide travel across the country is required.

Salary: Negotiable
