Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil or Architecture Engineering from any renowned Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for:
∎ Preparation of Production and Erection drawing using AutoCAD & Tekla.
∎ Preparation of drawing using 3D Studio Max, any other software.
∎ Knowledge of design about Steel & RCC structure.
∎ Preparation of structural drawings.
∎ Preparation of architectural drawings.
∎ Preparation of proposal drawings.
∎ Preparation of BOQ and Price Offer.
∎ Any other assignment/job not detailed herein & felt conductive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Conditions may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates.
∎ Should be experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Have expertise in steel structure detailing and RCC/Industrial projects and practical knowledge in relevant field.
∎ Knowledge about FAR & BNBC Code about Architectural design.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, customer relationship, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent oral, written, English communication skills and Graphic communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
