Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in survey from Bangladesh Survey institute or Diploma in Engr. (Survey) from any government institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for (but not limited):
∎ Conducting field survey work for land development, Building and road construction.
∎ Plotting coordinates and accordingly setting in field as per requirement.
∎ Prepare survey reports and records.
∎ Establishing demarcation, assessing levels and alignment in roads and building construction.
∎ Determining/checking level for foundation and other structural work.
∎ Bringing and presenting the feasibility study.
∎ Checking alignment of building structure and road.
∎ Any other assignment/job not detailed herein & felt conductive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates.
∎ Should experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Expertise in Auto cad 2D/3D is must-have.
∎ Must know to use Total Station, Level and other contemporary survey equipment and tools.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, customer relationship, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must have experience in larger project.
∎ Good communication skill and fluent in English.
Salary: Negotiable
