Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline in HR
∎ Applicant must have MBA/ Bachelor or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in HR & Compliance of Garments & Textile Sector.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration Compliance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good computer and typing skill in both English and Bangla
∎ Must be capable to work on HR, Admin & Compliance issues of the Knit Garments factory.
∎ Must be conversant with garments Compliance polices as per local & Int'l law.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labour Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Textile sector in Bangladesh.
∎ Must be able to work for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, Better Work, Accord, OEKO-Tex, GOTS, social / ethical / environmental / technical / and other certifications.
∎ Should be able to ensure Fire, Health & Safety issues are in order.
∎ Capable to organise training and awareness on regular basis.
∎ Must be able to communicate with BTMA, BTTLMEA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil Defence Department, Labour Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labour Federation etc.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must not be over 30 years.
∎ At least 3-5 year(s) in 100% export oriented Knit Garments factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ HR, Admin and compliance, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy
