Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to understand architectural and working drawing
∎ Meticulously make weekly work plan and supervise the works at site
∎ Calculate the requirement for rod, cement, sand, stone, brick chips etc at site
∎ Ensure placing correct quantity material demand keeping due lead time
∎ Receive material from supplier at site after checking the quantity
∎ Ensure physical measurement & counting of each quantity of received materials
∎ Ensure construction materials are correctly stored at site to avoid deterioration
∎ Ensure correct construction procedure is followed at site
∎ Ensure security and safety of works and workers at site
∎ Advise management on the progress, lapses and urgent issues on site regularly
∎ Ensure the supervision work staying at site
∎ Coordinate with Architect and Engineer for advise on technical matters
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy
