∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Must have sound knowledge in labor law
∎ Skills Required: COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, General HR
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day to day HR and Administrative works
∎ Manage administrative department, maintain a safe and secure work environment
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
∎ Preparation and managing workers and staffs' personal files, update leave state and Monthly Salary Sheet;
∎ Policy development and documentation
∎ Company vehicles fleet registration, license renewals, keep service & maintenance logs
∎ Performance management and improvement systems, arrange training
∎ Employee motivation-counseling and look after disciplinary issues
∎ Overlook and maintain supply-chain
∎ Timely renewals of all permits-business certificates
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be a pleasant personality with a positive attitude, a good motivator
∎ Honest, Energetic and Hard-working in intelligent way
∎ Ambitious, smart and bold
∎ Confident and dynamic personality with strong verbal command
