He or she oversees the answering of phone calls from customers, whether it is for answering queries, resolving complaints, and providing information which will pursue customers in selecting and purchasing Haval as the preferred model of SUV.
He/ She often act as a liaison between customer service and other departments, especially sales
Any specific complaint from a customer to the attention of someone who can resolve the situation
Organize internal and external meetings regarding customer service
Collection of pending due bills over phone (visit when necessary)
Service reminder notice, venture potential new cliental over phone and in person E mail offers
Collect necessary information and promptly report office activities directly to MD Attend guest and clients, follow-up of complaints and requirements Corporate Communication over phone (visit when necessary)
Maintain business relations with media, vendors and sponsors and keep records of media coverage Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews for the organization
Any other task assigned by Management
